Privacy notice
This notice describes how Packagepacketbase handles personal data. It is written for humans who might enrol, not as a wallpaper of legal synonyms. Last updated 18 August 2026.
Data controller
The controller is Packagepacketbase, 58 Park Place; Cashel; G63 2LW; United Kingdom. Contact the desk at info@packagepacketbase.digital or 078 4821 4146. We are established in the United Kingdom and apply UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect and why
From the contact form: name, email, optional topic, and message. Purpose: to answer you and, if relevant, to send an invoice and joining instructions. Legal basis: steps at your request before a contract, or legitimate interests in running a teaching studio.
From enrolment: billing details you supply by correspondence, attendance notes, and homework you choose to share. Purpose: delivering the programme and keeping a record of seats. Legal basis: contract.
From this website technically: we store a cookie-preference flag in localStorage (see cookies). If you accept analytics we may record coarse page views. If you reject, the site still works.
Retention
Enquiry messages that do not become enrolments are kept for 18 months, then deleted unless a legal dispute is open. Invoices and attendance records are kept for six years to meet UK accounting practice. Cookie preferences remain until you clear storage or choose again. Analytics events, when enabled, are retained for 13 months.
Who we share with
We do not sell lists. We share data with email and invoicing providers acting as processors under written terms, and with professional advisers if a claim arises. Seminar participants will hear first names in the room; we do not publish your homework without asking.
International transfers
Some processors may store data outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens we use the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or another mechanism recognised by UK law, and we will tell you which processor on request. We do not send programme homework to a vendor “for model training.”
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent where consent was the basis (for example, optional analytics). These rights are not absolute; we will explain if an exemption applies.
To exercise a right, write to info@packagepacketbase.digital. We aim to respond within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Children
Programmes are aimed at working adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
