Terms of use
These terms govern use of packagepacketbase.digital and enrolment in Packagepacketbase programmes. Last updated 18 August 2026.
1. Acceptance
By browsing this site or submitting a note through the contact form you agree to these terms. If you are enrolling on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you do not accept the terms, do not use the site and do not request a seat.
2. Who we are
Packagepacketbase is a teaching studio operating from 58 Park Place; Cashel; G63 2LW; United Kingdom. Correspondence: info@packagepacketbase.digital and 078 4821 4146.
3. Informational fees and no checkout
Prices on /pricing.html and course pages are informational. This website does not take payment. A binding fee arises only when we send an invoice after correspondence. Until then, listings are invitations to treat, not offers.
4. Programmes and learner duties
Seminars are taught in English. You are responsible for a working connection, for homework on a product you are allowed to analyse, and for not sharing other learners’ materials. We may refuse or end a seat if a participant repeatedly disrupts critique or submits data they have no right to share.
5. Intellectual property
Site copy, syllabi, and original diagrams belong to Packagepacketbase. You may not republish them as your own course. Work you create on your own product remains yours. Critique comments offered in seminar are licensed to you for internal use, not for resale as a consultancy product under our name.
Third-party images on this site are used under their publishers’ licences and remain the property of their authors.
6. Acceptable use of the website
Do not attempt to overload the site, scrape it in a way that impairs others, submit malicious content through forms, or present yourself as Packagepacketbase. The contact form is for genuine correspondence about programmes and studio matters.
7. Liability
Teaching is opinion informed by practice. We do not warrant a particular commercial result, a vendor certification, or that a metric will move. To the fullest extent allowed by United Kingdom law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or data loss arising from reliance on essays or seminars.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under the laws of the United Kingdom.
Our aggregate liability arising from a paid programme is limited to the fees you actually paid for that programme in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Availability
We may change seminar dates, replace a visiting critic, or withdraw a programme that has not yet been invoiced. If a live cohort is cancelled after payment, the refund policy applies.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, specifically the law of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any forum for misuse of our intellectual property.
10. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after the date above constitutes acceptance of the revised text. Related documents: privacy, cookies, refunds.
