Refund policy
This site does not take payment. When an invoice has been paid by bank transfer or another agreed method, the following rules apply. Last updated 18 August 2026.
Eligibility
Refunds are available to the person or organisation named on the invoice. We need the invoice number and the email used in correspondence. Consumer cooling-off rights under UK distance-selling rules may apply to individual learners; we honour those rights as stated below even when a company paid.
Timeframe
For live programmes (Cohort Craft, Funnel Forensics, Storefront Experiments, Foundry Circle seats): a full refund if we receive a written request at least 14 days before the first seminar, or within 14 days of purchase if that is later and no live session has been attended and no archive has been downloaded.
For Packet Desk recordings: a full refund within 14 days of purchase if fewer than two marked homework submissions have been returned to you and the archive has not been bulk-downloaded.
Full and partial refunds
If you withdraw after the first live seminar but before the third, we refund 50% of the programme fee. After the third seminar, fees are not refunded, because the remaining weeks are critique of work already in the room.
If Packagepacketbase cancels a cohort and cannot offer a dated alternative within 90 days, you receive a full refund of that cohort’s fee.
Non-refundable items
Third-party costs you incur (travel, software licences, data export fees) are not refunded. Printed materials already posted are not refunded once dispatched. Private clinic hours already delivered under Foundry Circle are deducted from any remaining balance at the day rate stated on the invoice.
How to request a refund
Write to info@packagepacketbase.digital with the subject line “Refund” and the invoice number. You may also telephone 078 4821 4146. Postal address: 58 Park Place; Cashel; G63 2LW; United Kingdom. We acknowledge within two working days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are paid within 15 working days by the same method as the original payment where possible, otherwise by UK bank transfer. We do not refund in store credit or “future seat tokens.”
Cancellation by you or by us
You may cancel a seat by the same email thread used to enrol. Moving to a later cohort, if a seat exists, is treated as a cancellation of the original date plus a new enrolment; the timeframe rules apply to the original date.
We may cancel for tutor illness or because enrolment is too small to run a critique. In that case we offer a later date first, then a refund if you decline.
Exceptions
We may refuse a refund if homework submissions contain data you had no right to share and that required us to isolate material, or if a chargeback is already open on the same invoice. Statutory rights under United Kingdom law are not affected where they cannot be waived.
